Privacy Policy — ToolDrop
Last updated: October 31, 2026. ToolDrop (tooldropai.com) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact information you provide, such as your email address, when you subscribe, purchase, or email [email protected].
- Payment information is processed by Stripe; ToolDrop does not store card numbers.
- Listing links you send for Listing Rescue, used only to deliver that service.
TikTok data
The ToolDrop TikTok Poster app accesses only ToolDrop's own TikTok account (@tooldrop7), with the account owner's authorization, to publish ToolDrop's own videos. It does not collect, store, or share other users' TikTok data, and it does not sell data to anyone.
YouTube data (Google API disclosure)
The ToolDrop YouTube Uploader (the "App") uses the YouTube Data API v3 with the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload to upload videos to ToolDrop's own YouTube channel (@ToolDropPrompts), authorized by the channel owner. The App is used solely by ToolDrop itself; it is not offered to the public as a multi-user service.
What Google user data we access
- Channel ID and uploads playlist — to publish videos to the correct channel.
- Video titles and metadata already on the channel — only to detect duplicates before uploading.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens — to authenticate API calls.
We access only the minimum data needed to upload videos. We do not access subscribers, comments, analytics, or any other YouTube data.
How we use Google user data
Exclusively to upload ToolDrop's own videos to ToolDrop's own channel. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any other purpose.
With whom we share Google user data
- Google LLC / YouTube: video files, titles, descriptions, and metadata are transmitted to YouTube's servers through the YouTube Data API. This transmission is inherent to publishing a video and is the sole purpose of the access.
- No one else. We do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third party — no advertisers, no data brokers, no analytics providers, no subprocessors. There are no subprocessors with access to Google user data.
How we protect Google user data
- OAuth tokens are stored server-side only, in files with owner-only read/write permissions. They are never embedded in client-side code, never written to logs, and never placed in URLs.
- All communication with Google's OAuth and API endpoints uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Tokens are transmitted only to Google's own endpoints — never to any other party.
- Access to the server holding the tokens is limited to ToolDrop's developer/owner.
- Tokens are retained only while the integration is active and are deleted if access is revoked or the integration is discontinued.
- You may revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; revocation immediately stops all API access.
How we use information
To deliver subscriptions, Listing Rescue, and support, and to communicate about your order. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
ToolDrop may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. No advertising trackers are used to sell your data.
